& If you have paid for your order, we will refund the amount to your original payment account within 7 working days.The time it takes for your refund to reach your account may be determined by the bank's processing time.
Attention:If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, please follow our return policy.
Return/exchange the goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following policies:

Return and exchange result:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original payment method. We will deliver the goods as soon as we receive your return.

The following requirements shall be met for return or replacement:
& Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
Must include all labels, accessories, manuals and other accompanying materials and must not be used or worn.
Tips:We reserve the right to reject any request for return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Replacement details:
& If the price of the replacement is lower than the original price, we will refund the difference.
& If the price is higher, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm if you are willing to pay the difference.
Attention: If you receive damaged items, you must contact us as soon as you receive them. We will not accept any request for return or exchange 7 days after receipt of goods.
Exception:
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for 7-day refunds.
&The return is initiated by the consumer: Consumers bear the cost of shipping, which varies depending on the delivery company chosen.
&The goods were wrong or damaged through our fault:We are responsible for any transportation costs associated with the return.
