Warranty

SDEEPURPEDIC pillows are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, SDEEPURPEDIC will, at its option, repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is equivalent to the defective product.

Products covered by this Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies to products manufactured by SDEEPURPEDIC and purchased directly from SDEEPURPEDIC authorized retailers.

To whom this limited warranty applies

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the SDDEPURPEDIC product and does not apply to customers who purchase the product through SDEEPURPEDIC's trade program and use it for commercial purposes (for example, in a hotel or store).

Attention:

For the purposes of this limited warranty, the "original purchaser" is the first purchaser of the SDEEPURPEDIC product or authorized retailer. Please keep a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. All SDEEPURPEDIC Limited warranties are non-transferable.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

* Normal wear and tear due to cleaning and intended use.

* The preference for comfort.

* Physical abuse or damage to the product, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage or stains; If the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.

* Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or shop.

* Any product sold by an unauthorized distributor, retailer (whether or not manufactured by SDEEPURPEDIC).

* In the event of a defect, SDEEPURPEDIC's sole liability and your sole remedy under this limited warranty will be to provide replacement products at SDEEPURPEDIC's option, subject to your fulfilment of "Your Responsibilities" below.

Your responsibility

In the event of a defect, in order to receive the benefits of this limited warranty, you must return your product to SDEEPURPEDIC and provide SDEEPURPEDIC with proof of the original date of purchase. If shipping is required for the return, you will not be responsible for these costs. Evidence of the defect and any claim must be sent to the address stated at the end of this limited warranty. In the event of a defect, SDEEPURPEDIC will ship replacement products (if applicable) to you.

 

Replacement products enjoy the same limited warranty as the original. If you obtain a replacement product, the warranty for the replacement product is calculated from the date of purchase of the original product.

Disclaimer, limitation of liability.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or abuse, or any incidental or consequential damages. To make a claim under this warranty, please contact SDEEPURPEDIC customer service at service@sdeepurpedic.com . You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country. Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
